Our Design Process
1. CONSULTATION
The first and most essential aspect of our design process begins with the consultation. We like to classify this as the “documentation gathering” stage; beginning with a complimentary discovery call. During this stage, we get to know you, your vision and expectations for the space. Once we determine that your vision is in alignment with our services, we provide a customized design proposal and contract to get started.
2. CONCEPT
Following your commitment to the contract and design proposal, we proceed with concept planning. An in-home or virtual initial design consultation is scheduled to get a visual idea of the space. During the design consultation, we confirm pertinent details necessary to successfully execute the project. We work collaboratively to develop a design concept with selections reflective of your style, budget, and project timeline.
3. COMMENCEMENT
Following approval of the design concept, we kick off the project. We manage all project logistics; to include coordinating with trade resources, vendors, and third party contractors to source, procure, deliver and install design selections. This stage is meticulously tracked and monitored to ensure the design selections are delivered according to the project schedule.
4. COMPLETION
The most exciting part of the project! We begin with a QA/QC walkthrough meeting with third-party contractors to ensure the successful execution of the installations. In addition, the space is prepped for styling and the grand reveal. No matter the scope of your project, we give you full visibility during each stage. Our approachability and transparency aligns with our commitment to create a long lasting relationship with our clients.

This offering is best suited for renovations, remodels, or large-scale interiors where precision, collaboration, and elevated design leadership are essential.
